I called them at 6:30PM due to our system not cooling down the house. Our system was not responding to the thermostat calling for the cooling system to come on. They had a service technician at our house within 45 minutes. The technician had the issue fixed and told us to call if we had any further issues. Great company and feel confident that we have always been treated fairly!

Very thorough and professional. The young man found issues with our furnace and had to give me the bad news that the gas would be required to be shut off due to finding two cracks in the heat exchanger. He had a second associate come out and verify the problem. Both were very calm and professional as I (Melinda) became extremely agitated at the bad news. He was proactive by contacting the manufacturer of the furnace to obtain pricing and availability of replacing the heat exchanger. He also arranged for a salesman from One Hour Heating and Cooling to come out and give us alternatives to replace the furnace or the whole system as we had had issues with our air conditioner previously.
Sean and One Hour were quick to respond and in no time he had our heater concern diagnosed and repaired. Clean and efficient. Would recommend One Hour and will continue to use them again
100% recommend! With the recent storms and cold fronts our furnace was having a hard time keeping up and then we heard a ‘bang’. Sam came out and found the problem. He also went into the attic and found our Flue Pipe was only single walled which can burst and allow carbon monoxide into the house. This is something our home inspection failed to catch. The level of knowledge was such a peace of mind AND the service fee was only $49. Money well spent!Thank you Sam!
Sam did a great job. He was informative and very professional. I set the appt at 630a and Sam was in my house only a couple hours later. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed in no time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. The overall experience was more than I could have expected, leaving me no reason to look elsewhere for service in the future. Best case scenario.
Francisco did a great job! From the minute he arrived he was very customer focused and listened while we explained our issue. He spent a lot of time digging in to figure out what was going on. He replaced the board and made sure things were working and we were satisfied before he left. He even said we could call him if we had issues or questions. That gave us peace of mind!

Our technician Sean Woodruff did a wonderful job at our fall maintenance appointment. He reminded me on proper use of humidifier and overnight temperature settings. Came home from vacation to a hot/sticky house. Being the middle of the weekend our options were limited and most services were estimating a 2 day wait period. One hour heating and cooling sent someone out within 2 hrs of calling! Francisco was knowledgeable and fixed our problem in a timely manner. We don’t have to sweat through the night. Sean came out today (the same day I scheduled) and was amazing from the get go. He wasn't judgy about our lack of maintenance. He educated me on everything he saw and gave prices as we discussed the best plan. I called several AC repair businesses this morning when my AC wouldn’t go below 80 degrees. No one could come out for a few days. I called One hour and they were out right away. Mike took the time to explain the issue and the cost to repair the issue. They offered me a maintenance program which saved me money on my repair today. In about an hour Mike had my system back up and running. The experience was great! Upfront honest pricing and simple to understand repairs. So glad I found One Hour and looking forward to seeing them again in 6 months with the new maintenance package I have. Thanks for your commitment to customer service!
This was the best experience I have ever had with ant in-home repair. Sam showed up within an hour of my initial call and had our home going from hot to cool in no time flat. Great experience! It was our first time getting a vent cleaning and it was wonderful to have a team that was both experienced and personable. They always arrived right at the beginning of their projected time of appearance and we were given notice they would be coming soon each time. Caden evaluated our home and gave us a hefty price but was communicative about why. Brendin and Tyler came by to do the cleaning and they were amazing - Explained the process, got the job done, and were fantastic with our very interested pets. Definitely recommend the service!
I don't normally do reviews but when service is this good it deserves it. They are professional first and foremost. They did all the could to keep my 24 year old system going. Once it was time to replace they had options, they work with you to fit your life, house and budget. When they came to replace it all I felt like the whole company was here working to get me up and running as soon as possible. I would have no hesitation recommending them and I will use them forever.
